Is it breakfast? Is it dessert? Who cares—it’s flippin’ delicious. These sourdough pancakes taste like a cheesecake and a blueberry muffin had a child and served it with syrup. You’re welcome.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup Sourdough Everything Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk (or more if you like 'em thinner)
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese (yep, right in the batter)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional: graham cracker crumbs for topping

Mix it all up, drop it on a hot skillet, and try not to eat them straight off the spatula. Top with a little extra cream cheese and a drizzle of syrup (or lemon curd if you’re feelin’ fancy).
